Frontline Management Team Members Shine Bright at Statewide Awards in Kansas and Colorado
Frontline Management is proud to celebrate an incredible week of recognition for its outstanding leaders and teams across Kansas and Colorado. At both theKansas Health Care Association (KHCA) and Colorado Health Care Association(CHCA) annual conventions, Frontline communities were honored with multiple nominations, finalists, and statewide winners.
At the KHCA Awards, Mary Acker ofGarden Valley was named Dietary Manager of the Year, recognizing her exceptional leadership and decades of dedication to resident care and dining services.
At the CHCA Annual Convention, theVilla Pueblo Senior Living culinary team impressed judges with their creativity and skill, securing 1st place in the statewide “Chopped”-style CulinaryCompetition.
In addition, five Frontline leaders were recognized at the CHCA Spotlight on Excellence Awards Gala:
- Staci Schlichenmayer, Grace Manor – Winner, Business Office Award
- Sherri Weber, Grace Manor – Finalist, Administrator of the Year
- Andy Purcelley, Fairacres Manor – Winner, Therapy Award
- Ashley Gray, Progressive Care Center – Finalist, Activity Professional Award
- Janet Rodelli, The Peaks Care Center – Winner, Nursing Award
