As a Marketing Specialist at Frontline Management, you’ll be key in building our brand and delivering powerful marketing initiatives. You’ll be involved in every stage, from brainstorming to implementation, helping to develop an engaging marketing strategy and maintaining a cohesive message across all platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns: Design and implement strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.
  • Conduct market research: Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to inform campaign strategies and tactics.
  • Create and manage content: Develop compelling content for various channels, including social media, websites, and email marketing.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance: Track key metrics and analyze results to optimize future marketing efforts.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing: Proficiency with digital marketing tools, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
  • Analytical Skills: Capability to analyze data and campaign performance, and use insights to refine marketing strategies.
  • Creativity and Innovation: Demonstrated creativity in developing engaging marketing materials and strategies.
  • Understanding of Senior Living Industry: Familiarity with senior living and healthcare trends and best practices.
