Human Resources Coordinator
Support our HR team by managing recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. You’ll play a key role in enhancing our workplace environment and ensuring effective HR operations in our senior living management services
As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will assist in recruiting, onboarding, and supporting employees throughout their journey with our organization. You will handle HR administrative tasks, manage employee records, and contribute to the development of HR policies and programs. Your role will include coordinating training sessions, addressing employee inquiries, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations, all while fostering a positive workplace environment within our senior living management services.
- Coordinate and manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases as needed.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and inquiries.
- Support employee relations by addressing concerns, providing guidance, and resolving issues.
- Organize and facilitate training sessions and development programs for staff.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Manage HR administrative tasks such as preparing reports, handling documentation, and processing payroll changes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to improve workplace practices.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in an HR or administrative role, with familiarity in recruitment and employee support
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees and management
