As a Financial Analyst, you will analyze financial statements, monitor key performance indicators, and provide data-driven insights to guide strategic decision-making. You will play a vital role in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, helping to ensure the financial strength and growth of our senior living management services

Responsibilities
  • Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain budgeting and forecasting models to support financial planning.
  • Collaborate with department heads to monitor expenses and ensure alignment with budget goals.
  • Conduct financial analysis for potential acquisitions, new projects, and strategic initiatives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making and drive financial performance.
  • Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable, and payable to ensure financial stability.
  • Assist in preparing presentations for leadership meetings and investor relations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, preferably within the senior living or healthcare industry.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Advanced skills in data analysis and financial reporting tools, such as Excel and financial software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to present financial information clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
