As a Business Development Representative, you will engage with potential clients, build relationships, and contribute to expanding our senior living management services. Your role will involve lead generation, networking, and working closely with the sales team to achieve strategic goals.
As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our client base and driving growth for our senior living management services. You will identify and reach out to potential clients, develop and nurture relationships, and present our services to meet their needs. Your responsibilities will include generating leads, conducting market research, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve business objectives. You will also track and report on your activities and outcomes to contribute to our strategic planning and success.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and client needs
- Present and promote our senior living management services to potential clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and achieve sales targets
- Track and report on lead generation activities, sales progress, and performance metrics
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts for prospective clients
- Attend industry events and networking functions to build and strengthen business connections
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the senior living or healthcare industry
- Strong understanding of sales principles and business development strategies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Point Click Care and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
